Mapping of Territorial Waters

Planning and execution of digital mapping for the redistribution of oil and natural gas royalties on the Brazilian coast, using official cartographic bases from IBGE, SGB/CPRM, Brazilian Navy and ANP.

Law no. 7,453 of December 27, 1985 - Modifies article 27 and its paragraphs of Law No. 2,004, of October 3, 1953, amended by Law No. 3,257, of September 2, 1957, which "provides for the National Petroleum Policy and defines the duties of the National Petroleum Council, establishes the Petróleo Brasileiro Joint Stock Company and provides other measures".

Law no. 7,525 of July 22, 1986 - Establishes complementary rules for implementing the provisions of art. 27 of Law No. 2,004, of October 3, 1953, with the wording of Law No. 7,453, of December 27, 1985, and provides other measures.

Decree no. 93,189 of August 29, 1986 - Regulates Law No. 7,525, of July 22, 1986, which provides for the compensation to be paid by PETROBRÁS and its subsidiaries to States and Municipalities.

Law no. 8,617 of January 4, 1993 - Provides for the Brazilian territorial sea, contiguous zone, exclusive economic zone and continental shelf, and provides other provisions.

Decree no. 1,290 of October 21, 1994 - Establishes the appropriate points for tracing Straight Base Lines along the Brazilian coast. (revoked by Decree No. 4,983 of 02/10/2004)

Law no. 9,478 of August 6, 1997 - Provides for national energy policy, activities related to the oil monopoly, establishes the National Energy Policy Council and the National Petroleum Agency and provides other measures.
